FAQ
Answers to common questions about the cabinet, adding servers, placements, and voting.
How do I get started with the website?
First, register and confirm your email. After signing in, you will get access to your cabinet, where you can manage servers, balance, and placements.
How do I add a new server?
Open your cabinet and click the button to add a server. Fill in the title, description, rates, season, launch date, website link, and the other required fields.
After saving, the server will appear in your list inside the cabinet. Then it must pass moderation, after which you will be able to connect a placement and track clicks and votes.
Why is my server not visible on the website right away?
After creation, the server may remain in moderation status. Only servers that passed the review and have a proper public status are shown on the public part of the website.
If the server does not appear, check its status in the cabinet, the required card fields, and the launch date. If everything looks correct and it is still missing, contact support.
How do I activate a placement for my server?
In the server list inside the cabinet, click the placements button and choose a suitable option.
The system will automatically show the available periods, price, extra options, and total amount. You can also enable auto-renewal. Placement payments are charged from your internal Credits balance.
What are Credits (CR) and how do I top up the balance?
Credits are the internal currency of the website used to pay for digital services such as placements, promotion, and related options.
You can top up the balance on the wallet page using the available payment systems.
Where can I get the TXT link with votes for server rewards?
Open your server list and choose the View page for the needed server. There is a separate Vote Export block with a permanent link to the TXT file.
You can connect this link on your server side to automatically fetch valid votes and grant in-game rewards to players.
Can I regenerate the vote export link?
Yes. On the server page in the cabinet there is an action to regenerate the TXT export link. This is useful if the link was compromised or if you want to replace the access token.
After regeneration, the old link will stop working, so make sure to update it on your server side.
How do users vote for a server?
A user opens the server page on the website, optionally enters an in-game nickname, and sends a vote through the voting form. To prevent abuse, the system verifies each vote.
Voting is limited by time and anti-abuse rules. If a vote does not pass, the user needs to wait for the next available period or disable suspicious bypass methods.
Why might a user vote not be counted?
A vote can be rejected if the system detects a repeated vote, suspicious behavior, or signs of manipulation.
A vote may also fail if the form was submitted too early or if the user is using an unstable VPN or proxy.
Where can I see server statistics?
The cabinet dashboard shows statistics and other metrics for the selected period.
This helps you understand which placements perform better, how many users came from the catalog, and how interest in the server changes over time.
