1. General provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms of use of the mu-servers.top website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

By using the Service, the user confirms that they accept the terms of this Agreement.

If the user does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the service

The Service provides a platform for:

• listing and viewing Mu Online game servers;
• publishing server information;
• voting for servers;
• interaction between users and the administration.

Service status

The Service is not the owner or operator of the listed game servers.

3. Registration and account

The user may create an account by providing accurate information.

The user agrees to:

• not share account access with third parties;
• ensure the security of their credentials;
• not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.

Account responsibility

The administration is not responsible for actions performed using the user’s account.

4. Server listings

A user who lists a server guarantees that they:

• have the right to publish information about the server;
• provide accurate information;
• do not operate a server that violates applicable law.

Prohibited content

It is prohibited to publish:

• fake or non-existent servers;
• malicious links or content;
• materials that violate third-party rights;
• content related to fraud or misleading users.

5. Voting and abuse protection

The Service may use technical protection measures, including:

• IP analysis;
• cookies;
• fingerprint.

Restrictions and sanctions

Any attempts to manipulate votes, bypass restrictions, or affect rankings are prohibited.

The administration has the right to:

• invalidate votes;
• restrict access;
• remove a server or account without prior notice.

6. Paid services and virtual currency

The Service uses an internal virtual currency, Credits (CR), which is used for server placement and promotion.

Credits:

• are not legal tender;
• cannot be exchanged for real money;
• are used only within the Service.

Payments and Credits

Balance top-ups are processed through third-party payment systems, including WebMoney, YooMoney, and CryptoCloud.

Payments on the Service are made for digital services, including server placement and promotion.

Upon payment, the user receives Credits used to access the corresponding services.

Payments may be made in different currencies, and the amount is converted into the internal Credits currency at the Service exchange rate at the time of payment.

The user agrees that:

• services are considered provided from the moment they are activated (for example, when a server placement or promotion starts);
• Credits are not refundable and cannot be exchanged;
• payments are final;
• refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”.

The administration is not responsible for:

• the operation or availability of third-party game servers;
• the actions of users;
• possible losses related to the use of the Service;
• the accuracy of information posted by users.

8. Content removal and blocking

The administration has the right at any time, without explanation, to:

• remove any content;
• block a user account;
• restrict access to the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The user retains rights to the content they publish, but grants the Service the right to use, display, and distribute it as part of the platform’s operation.

10. Changes to the Agreement

The administration may change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice.

The current version is always available on the mu-servers.top website.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the law of the country in which the Service operates, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Rights holders and third-party servers

The mu-servers.top Service is not connected, affiliated with, or endorsed by Webzen.

Mu Online is the intellectual property of Webzen. All rights to the game and related materials belong to their lawful owners.

The Service provides only an informational platform (catalog) for publishing user content about third-party game servers.

The Service administration:

• is not the owner or operator of the listed servers;
• does not provide hosting or technical support for them;
• is not responsible for their content, availability, or operation.

User responsibility

Users who publish servers are solely responsible for complying with applicable law and third-party rights.
